About Verified User Network (VUN)
Verified User Network (VUN) exists to strengthen trust in competitive online environments.
As games become more persistent and high-stakes, identity matters more. Rankings, tournaments, and long-term progression all rely on accountability. Yet most systems still allow identity to reset with a new account.
VUN begins with a simple principle: one person, one verified identity.
In its current phase, VUN offers voluntary identity verification and public verification status. Verified accounts demonstrate that they represent a unique, real individual. Tournament organizers and competitive communities can use this status as part of entry or whitelist requirements.
Over time, VUN is designed to support secure, token-based account linking across participating platforms. This creates identity continuity without sharing credentials or monitoring gameplay, laying the groundwork for stronger, developer-controlled enforcement models.
VUN does not issue bans or replace developer authority. It provides identity infrastructure that competitive ecosystems can build on.
